2. Service Scope: B2C and B2B Clients
Our website caters to both consumer retail customers (B2C) and wholesale business clients (B2B).

• Consumers (B2C): Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remain unaffected.
• Businesses (B2B): If you purchase on behalf of a business or request bulk quotes via our contact forms, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business. Consumer cancellation rights do not apply to wholesale or business-to-business transactions.

3. Product Descriptions and Product Categories
We make every effort to display product images, specifications, and descriptions as accurately as possible across our main product categories: 1. Stationery & Office Supplies, 2. Home & Kitchen, 3. Health & Household, 4. Grocery, 5. Beauty & Personal Care, 6. Pet Supplies.
However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, packaging, or colours are completely error-free or perfectly match the physical items.

4. Direct Online Orders vs. Contact Form Inquiries

• WooCommerce Checkout: Your order constitutes an offer to buy. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a "Dispatch Confirmation" email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to stock unavailability or pricing errors).
• Contact Forms & Wholesale Invoices: Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute an order. We will review your requirements and issue a formal B2B invoice or quotation. The contract is finalised only when you accept our written quote and payment terms.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on the website are displayed in GBP (£).
For B2B or wholesale quotes, prices may be quoted exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.
Payment must be made securely at the time of checkout via our integrated payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal), or via bank transfer for manual B2B wholesale invoices.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to addresses within the UK.
Delivery times provided at checkout or via email are estimates only. We are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party couriers or factors outside our control.
Risk and Title: Risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods only passes to you when we receive full payment.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• Consumer Rights (B2C): Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your direct online order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must return the items unused and in their original packaging at your own expense. Perishable items (such as certain items under Grocery) or sealed hygiene products (under Beauty & Personal Care) cannot be returned once unsealed.
• Business Sales (B2B): Wholesale and business-to-business orders are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations for B2B orders unless the goods arrive damaged or defective, which must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses, loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of your use of this website or products purchased.
