Our Shipping & Delivery Framework
- Order Processing & Invoicing: Once you approve our written quotation and your bank transfer (BACS) payment clears, your order moves to our warehouse queue within 24 hours.
- Delivery Locations: We deliver to all commercial and residential addresses within the United Kingdom.
- Fulfillment Methods: Depending on the size and weight of your order, goods are dispatched via standard parcel couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, Evri) or secure freight pallet distribution for large wholesale shipments.
- Estimated Lead Times:
Standard Courier Shipments: 2 to 5 working days from payment clearance.

Delivery Discrepancies & Transit Damage
